Eric R. Manahan, M.D.
Dr.
Manahan joined Surgical Associates of Columbus in August of 2000. A native
of Tennessee, Dr. Manahan attended Auburn University for his undergraduate
work. He then attended the James H. Quillen College of Medicine at East
Tennessee State University in Johnson City Tennessee. After earning his
MD, Dr. Manahan remained at East Tennessee State University for his General
Surgery Residency. He begins his private practice career here in Columbus
with Surgical Associates. Dr Manahan brings experience and training in the
latest techniques in surgery to our practice.
Dr. Manahan is Board Eligible in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He is currently as Associate Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is certified by the American College of Surgeons as a provider in Advanced Trauma Life Support. He is also currently certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He is on the medical staffs of The Medical Center, St. Francis Hospital and Doctor's Hospital.
